About Frank Riano

I have worked ten plus years in sales from loan originator, graphic design business owner to outside sales all over the 5 boroughs, including Long Island New York. In my current position, I am one of three accessibility consultants for commercial and residential customers in need of Ramps, Elevators, Stair lifts and Wheelchair Lifts. I Manage customer-relationships by evaluating their situation and coming up with a solution that will work best for their needs and their budget. My overall duties consist of customer service, keeping sales appointments, pricing out custom equipment, creating & sending out sales proposals, business development, customer assistance, constant follow-up and contract negotiations. In sales, you learn quickly that there is no such thing as a 9 to 5. Ramps, Elevators, Stair lifts and Wheelchair Lifts are crucial to our overall lifestyle and since many elderly and special needs people depend on them, our customers need us to be available 24/7. My philosophy is simple, constant communication = happy customers. Follow-ups, live updates on emergencies, easing customer's minds when they have concerns and even updating a customer when there is nothing to update them on is how I build confidence with them. Striving to become dependable takes lots of hard work, however, being proactive leads to productivity which ultimately leads to success.
