As a Training Specialist at First Line Technology, a leading provider of innovative solutions for emergency response and defense, I leverage my nine years of experience in the U.S. Marine Corps to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for various clients and stakeholders. I am working to secure my Bachelor's Degree in Business Managment (with a focus in Business Analysis) and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to address complex and dynamic challenges in the field. My core competencies include operational planning, process improvement, weapons handling, and effective communication. I have a proven track record of supporting U.S. Military operations in roles of increasing responsibility, earning multiple honors and commendations for my actions and leadership.
