About Frank Schiek

In my professional career of more than 25 years, I could learn a lot about technology. Starting in SAP-HR, I had the chance to step into the on-Premise SAP/HCM world very early. Thanks to international projects, even outside of HCM, web, cloud and technology projects, these experiences gain me to get a very deep understanding of process design and architecture design. I had the fortune to have worked with major corporations such as Deloitte and MHP to get more familiar with Management Consulting. Now I work at SpinifexIT on the Sales team to help companies to increase process efficiency with our solutions. At SpinifexIT I help the sales team to grow business and which kind of processes we can realize with our solutions, to optimize HR processes. I specialized in building the Marketing and Sales Strategy. I have always been passionate about embracing new technology. HR is my passion since my study time. I made it to my business to learn as much as possible about our solutions and how to integrate them with the Cloud / on-Premise world of SAP/HCM.
