About Frank Spye

As a recent outsourced contractor, contributing years of experience not only as a problem solver, but a leader to a team of 15 engineers for over 3 years. As a result of my knowledge, our key performance indicator for my team, the customer satisfaction level, had turned during my leadership to exceed expectations nearly every month and record-setting lengths of perfection. Even though I had moved in leadership roles, it would not have been possible without the technical knowledge to contribute. I remained heavily versed in many open-source projects and cloud integration technologies to remain with current needs and future integrations such as with Copilot and other AI technologies, as I had a role as an AI champion to promote to my team. All of this helped me to establish a culture of success with my recent company.
