Contracted through Superior Group to Xerox. Providing Installation services and Customer Training. Certifed Customer Trainer as of Oct 2012 Also currently working, under contract through Advantage Technical, as a PC/Printer Technician Worked for Xerox, under a contract from Advantage Technical, on a project to 'refresh' their devices in the facilities of a major medical group headquartered in Minneapolis Broadcast Producer-Director for KARE-TV, directed over newscasts; most recently KARE11 Sunrise. Original director for KARE OnLive, the first broadcast/webcast hybrid show in the Minneapolis-St.Paul market. For nearly 12 years I was the system administrator for the iNews (Newsroom) system at KARE-TV In that position, I was a 'one man band'.installing software and hardware, troubleshooting systems and documenting (then training) processes. When there wasn't a 'manual' I created it, when there wasn't a process, I researched and created it.
