About Frank Steegs

Making challenges visual and achievable I am capable to easily grasp the total picture and ensure understanding, transparency and focus of an assignment by creating structure, and therewith enable manageable and achievable (sub) tasks. My approach is based on “Passion for projects and focus”- Pragmatic and common sense - Structured, stepwise and goal oriented - Open, honest and cooperative - Based on trust and empowerment - Responsive and decisive Both as employee and as self-employed entrepreneur I can live on a long, broad and international experience in (change) management positions and projects in multicultural environments. As of 1995 I have occupied several positions in engineering at the industrial- and automotive companies Inalfa Roof Systems, NedCar, Volvo Car and Rockwool. Most passion and results I achieve in guiding, leading and/or executing broad and integral (project) assignments (e.g. civil, building, operational and logistical), where there is a strong demand for- Change- and project management - Managing complexity and variety - Organizational sensitivity - Process improvement - Plant- or manufacturing engineering - Civil and building design and construction Based on this laid foundation I want to keep on broadening, improving and developing both myself and my surrounding to achieve the best results possible.
