Frank co-founded half a dozen companies with strong focus on team development and digitalisation. His teams supplied Starbucks, were the preferred caterer of the SNIEC (Shanghai New International Exhibition Center) and hosted corporate annual parties and events like the German President's reception in their large-scale facilities within the German Centre Shanghai while operating chain restaurants in prime locations with precision to highest quality standards.
