Hi, I’m Frank R. Stepina, an accomplished Senior Cloud Engineer with a deep affinity for Azure technologies. Over my 28-year career, I’ve honed my skills in cloud deployments, database management, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and systems administration. My journey through various roles has brought me to my current position as a Senior Cloud Engineer. Within this role, I strive to seamlessly integrate on-prem and cloud infrastructure, while designing solutions to provide a competitive advantage on the Azure platform. As a Certified Scrum Master, I’m dedicated to driving efficient agile practices for cross-functional teams. I find fulfillment in optimizing database efficiency and graphically representing infrastructure solutions. I approach my work by translating technical intricacies into practical strategies, leveraging Infrastructure as Code to foster innovation. When I’m not immersed in cloud data and technology, you’ll find me indulging in my passions for homebrewing and grilling or spending time with my family cycling, and fishing.
