Hey there! I'm Frank, one of the Managing Associates in the Virginia Beach office for Financial Growth Partners. At FGP, our passion is to ignite the flames of human potential through the power of relationships. I have deep roots in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Raised in a culturally diverse household, my father being Filipino/Cuban-American and my mother Irish-Canadian. I have a unique perspective that resonates well with first and second-generation families. My passion for guiding individuals through the intricacies of financial services stems from a desire to empower those who may not have had the opportunity to learn its value earlier in life. My commitment to service extends beyond the financial realm, as evidenced by my decade-long career in law enforcement. The camaraderie I experienced in that field seamlessly transitioned into my role at Financial Growth Partners (FGP). Drawn to FGP's strong sense of community, I found a natural fit for inclination to support law enforcement and first responders in their financial journeys.
