Was recruited by Ricoh Corporation, Fairfield New Jersey as a Technical instructor which I provided product training for Ricoh Branches and Dealers. After 4 years as a Technical trainer I was recruited by Ricoh University Sales Training Group. As a Sales Product Instructor for R.U. East, teaching product courses and Sales 101 course that provide reps with the necessary tools to succeed in a highly competitive economic environment. I have also worked in the field with customers for pre-sales and post sales support with on-site customer training with demo room customer training and support. A highlight of my career with Ricoh was that may be of interest to any company I will deliver value to my clients which have been the focus of my career for the past 15 years. I was primarily responsible for working closely with your Training Management and Field Support Team. I have moved on to Polek and Polek as a Product Quality Coordinator to provide our sales team and customers with sales and technical support. Following up with vendors and dealers to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining close communication with all our vendors for most service issues. Delivery of field support and training to dealers with on-site customer support. Addressing and correcting all customer/client concerns. Participated in new product roll-out and trade shows in order to drive sales on latest technologies.
