For over 15 years I have served in the Audio Visual and Film Making community. As well as Serving in leadership across a variety of industries, including Audio Visual, Large Scale Retail, Boutique Retail, and Fine Dining within Specialty Resorts. Across the years I have developed many keen insights into find, developing and leading talent to achieve results far above and beyond expectation from not only the company itself, but those individuals who utilize their services. I am seeking opportunities to grow my professional skill set, by working with and leading teams to execute core business functions more efficiently. As well as, find new areas in which I can be challenged to grow personally through the work and services offered. I seek to not only build a strong team, through meaningful connection and training, but to ensure that team members are engaged, that they have a sense of connection to the task at hand and how that relates to our clients experience with the services they are providing.
