Hello, my name is Franklin Carpenter and I'm a tourism professional with a Master's in Digital Marketing & Social Media. As a consultant, I contribute my experience and knowledge to advise and guide destinations seeking to develop and grow to become more sustainable and intelligent. On an individual basis, I can: • Help destinations in their digital transformation processes, integrating technology and AI to be more sustainable and accessible, as well as more efficient in their management. • Accompany destinations to better understand their visitors, developing more personalized and satisfying experiences. My profession has allowed me to combine my passion for tourism with education. For 18 years I was able to serve, guide, instruct and accompany students in tourism, ecotourism, adventure tourism, hospitality and gastronomy. Working in education allowed me to develop teaching, management and leadership skills, eventually becoming Director of the largest Hospitality and Tourism School in Latin America by number of campuses (22), academics (384) and students (over Working in different positions and roles in institutions, companies and boards, as well as being a speaker at more than 50 events, has allowed me to develop communication skills, create networks, and also help others connect with their stakeholders. I speak 2 languages fluently - English and Spanish - I have lived in Chile, UK and now Spain. I have traveled to 13 countries, being continuously exposed to different cultures and meeting incredible people. This has allowed me to easily relate to diverse nationalities and perform well in multicultural environments. I can collaborate on large or small projects.
