About Franklin Igwe

As a Health and Safety Advisor at Foreman Homes, I leverage my 15+ years of experience and multiple occupational health and safety management certifications to provide effective and innovative solutions for various civil construction projects, manufacturing companies, and facility management. My mission is to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance for our clients and stakeholders while minimizing our operations' environmental and social impacts. I have a proven track record of developing and implementing health and safety programs, plans, and procedures that align with local and international regulations, best practices, and client requirements. I also conduct regular risk assessments, site inspections, safety audits, training, and incident investigations to monitor and enforce safety performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement. In my previous role as a Project Health and Safety Engineer at CDM Smith, I was responsible for overseeing the health and safety aspects of a large-scale construction project, where I successfully reduced the accident frequency rate by 30% and achieved zero lost time injuries.
