Over 30 years of construction experience with emphasis on Safety & Coordination in both the Petroleum & Chemicals Industry and the Forest Products Industry (Pulp & Paper)• 20 years experience in set up, use, and demobilization of heavy lift cranes from 600 to ton to include Lampson, Manitowoc (4100, 4600 Ringer & Extender Attachments) Liebherr, Demag, Krupp, 918 Link-belt, and 11320 American Sky-horse• Certified Crane Operator with VT Halter Marine from 2005-2007: Conventional & Hydraulic Cranes• 7 Years of previous rigging experience as a Rigging Forman for “Brown & Root”• Served as Project Training Coordinator for Zachry Industrial Inc. from 2007-2009• Currently the Safety Manager for “S&B ENGINEERS and CONSTRUCTORS, LTD.• Responsible for set up and hiring procedures to include medical physicals, physical agility testing, English Language Comprehensive testing, and Pre-Employment Drug Screening.• Assures all projects operate within the laws of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)• Oversees all aspects of the company drug & alcohol policy• Maintains all employee training & medical records • Maintains the 1st Aid Register and OSHA 300 Log in accordance with the Bureau of Labor Statistics Guidelines and Facilitates proper documentation on injuries• Has served 3 years as NCCER Coordinator, responsible for all craft testing, tracking, and issuing of craft training material
