For me, the focus is on people, in everything I do. I always find it exciting to get to know new people, their stories and experiences. In my work as a lecturer and course instructor, I have the privilege of accompanying people of all ages and backgrounds and giving them something on their way forward. This fills me with satisfaction and motivates me every day.In this environment, I can use my most pronounced strengths ideally. These are:TeamworkI work best as part of a group. Quick conclusions are not an issue for me, I rely on facts in my decisions.
