Franz is a business strategist at heart, with a focus on rapid experimentation, behavioural economics, cross-industry business models and all-around digital darwinism. As Chief Commercial Officer at DeepScan Diagnostics, he is driving the transformation of veterinary healthcare, making early disease detection more accessible and actionable through advanced diagnostics. Beyond his executive role, Franz is a keynote speaker recognized for engaging talks on rapid experimentation, growth culture, and the mental models that shape decision-making. Franz combines strategic clarity with a pragmatic approach, whether in commercial leadership, or challenging audiences to rethink how they experiment and grow. He is a big believer in cross-disciplinary approaches and finds great pleasure in exploring new books, concepts and ideas. He believes in the power of positive behavior as a driving force for leadership and impact.
