About Franzi Sessler

Franzi is a creative powerhouse who dares to look beyond the aesthetic world of design. She is the co-founder of Kreatives, a Munich-based design strategy company with the vision to create a future massively better for everyone. After her experience working as an Art Director at a design agency in Munich, Franzi followed her passion for strategy and moved to San Francisco. She is an alumna of the world's first Design MBA (at California College of the Arts) bridging the worlds of design and business. In San Francisco she lived at the heart of innovation, working with numerous startups, companies, and organizations shaping the path to a better future. Together with her co-founder Tony Gui, Franzi started Kreatives in 2017 and moved to Munich, to bring the bold, future-shaping spirit of the Valley to Europe. Since then her team works relentlessly on design & strategy projects with Allianz, Siemens, the World Food Programme and many other visionary clients, pushing the world forward – every day. Franzi also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mediadesign (Mediadesign Hochschule, Munich) and was awarded a Fulbright scholar sponsored by the U.S. government for her masters' degree (DMBA) in California.
