About Franziska Hoffmann

8 years in telco with proven track in IT project management, network planning, business analysis and process management. Having set up a team of 16 network planners and additionally steering 50 external ressources helped me improving my ability in decision making, setting priorities and use my data-driven mindset in combination with organizational challenges in order to add value and contribute to company goals. Meanwhile, I continued with a team of 7 Experts to focus on complex challenges regarding GIS data migration, implementing design standards and integrate automation in the daily work of the operational design teams. I am not afraid of taking challenges and find solutions for complex problems - short and longterm. To achieve this, the dialogue with key stakeholders and involvement of state-of-the-art technologies are my daily tools. I love working hands on and encourage people in my teams to make valuable experiences their own and take decisions on their own.
