A key aspect of my passion is to amplify the voice of patients within organizations. I am deeply committed to ensuring that their needs and perspectives are at the heart of everything we do to drive meaningful change and innovation that makes a real positive impact on lives. Only through the consistent involvement of patients and communities can information, support and care services be created that meet their needs - together with patient organizations, physicians, nurses and caregivers. I firmly believe that engaging all is as rewarding for businesses as it is for patients and communities to make a real difference. My passion lies in learning and developing new ways of working that encourage collaboration across different partners to create more engagement, value and joy. I am curious to inspire others, try out new approaches and share knowledge, recognize potential in teams and develop solutions - all in a safe environment that promotes openness, trust and transparency while listen to people actively and being authentic. I firmly believe that there is enormous potential in each of us to learn and actively shape the future. Sometimes it takes courage to break new ground! But outside the comfort zone, new perspectives, opportunities and possibilities for continuous growth open up. Outside of work, I am a family person, yogi and passionate traveler. This combination reminds me of being grateful to be privileged and to share this with others.
