Seeing how the people I have hired and managed have grown and changed has made me really proud. I've accumulated a lot of RECRUITMENT experience in a variety of fields, with a stronger emphasis on the production/operation site. Establishing and growing recruitment departments, including professionalization/standardization and training initiatives, is my main area of strength. In addition to talent acquisition, I have taken charge of numerous HR transformation projects worldwide and successfully established and led regional talent attraction and employer branding strategies/ initiatives. I have enjoyed working with outstanding stakeholders, team members and employees during these situations. In my current role as a SENIOR MANAGER for Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at SUSS, I am responsible for conceptualizing, strategizing, driving & owning the company's talent acquisition and employer branding strategy.
