About Franziska Willi

With a strong foundation in HR, my journey has evolved from Talent Acquisition to shaping Learning & Development and HR Operations within the consulting industry. With my certification as HR Professional with Federal Diploma, I have a strong command of Swiss labor law. I take great joy in advising and supporting employees and thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment. Currently, I oversee all HR matters for BCG’s Business Services Team and have played a key role in implementing various projects, such as rolling out a new time-tracking model, introducing electronic personnel files, and launching the Employee Benefits site—initiatives that enhance efficiency and the employee experience. My career path has been anything but conventional. Before diving into HR, I fulfilled a childhood dream of working as a Flight Attendant for five years, then spent three years in London and seven years in Singapore, where I actively engaged in social impact initiatives. These international experiences have shaped me profoundly, fueling my passion for working with diverse cultures and people. I bring a strong can-do attitude, a commitment to service excellence, and a belief that a great team and a positive atmosphere make all the difference. And of course, I always appreciate sharing a good laugh along the way!
