I lead Xero’s in-house creative agency, a team of 40+ designers, writers, producers and motion artists spread across our major markets. As GM of Creative Services (The Hub), I work closely with senior marketing and brand leaders to shape priorities, plan resourcing, and decide how we get work done, whether that’s in-house or through external partners. I’ve introduced clear, practical ways of working that help us plan better, protect creative time, and show the value our team delivers, from fast-turnaround jobs to multi-million-dollar campaigns. I’m comfortable working across a complex, global business, and helping different teams align and make good decisions. At the heart of it, I care about building strong, motivated creative teams that produce great work and work well together. I partner closely with our senior creative leaders to keep the team sharp, flexible, and proud of what we make.
