About Fraser Forward

I am a Senior Operations Officer in The Parachute Regiment, where I manage all aspects of unit operations for 600+ personnel in high-risk, multi-stakeholder environments. I am also pursuing an MSc in Leadership and Strategic Studies at the University of Reading, where I enhance my knowledge and skills in leadership theory and practice, strategic analysis and decision-making, and global security and governance. I have a BA (Hons) in International Relations from Loughborough University, where I developed a keen interest and understanding of global affairs, diplomacy, and conflict resolution.In my previous roles as a Junior Operations Officer and a Detachment Commander, I demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills, built strong working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders, managed multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure, and ensured mission success through comprehensive planning and value-based leadership. I have also acquired multiple certifications in leadership and management, such as the Level 7 Award and the Graduateship (GCGI), which reflect my commitment and proficiency in this domain. I am passionate about leading and empowering diverse and high-performing teams, contributing to the organisation's vision and values, and bringing a global perspective and experience to the table.
