About Frate Traian Dan

Hello. I'm Dan and I'm glad to meet you. I can tell you that I am an active, optimistic and open minded person and my daily motto is "today I will be better than yesterday". I start conversations easily, I am charismatic and funny, but also serious and determined. Professionally but also personally, I have had a lot to learn since I started working at SC Atlassib SRL in 2011 as a travel agent where for 2 months out of 4 I was seconded to an agency in a European country. Thus, 11 months out of 25 I visited 4 countries (Germany, Spain, Italy and Greece). In detachments I was alone in a new agency, new city, new area. Everything went well and I learned to handle myself. In 2014 I started working in logistics for Star Assembly Sebes as a warehouse keeper. In a very short time I was proposed team leader. Here I learned to organize people so that we can offer the best quality results. Also in Star Assembly I learned and worked with SAP, especially the WM and MM modules, ERP that attracted me and that I learned with the help of forums, curiosity to try new transactions and to understand how it works. After only a few months of activity in Star Assembly, I managed to help customize and organize the warehouse and the production line, and help my IT colleagues in solving various problems related to SAP and also various improvements. The term Lean Manufacturing is of great interest to me and I believe that a finished product can be created with as few resources of any kind as possible, without compromising on quality. Basically this is me. A man full of life, eager to help and improve wherever possible. Sincerely, Dan!
