Ich bin Diplom- Sozialpädagogin mit Zweitsudium Sozialmanagement und Weiterbildungen zur Qualitätsfachkraft im Sozial- und Gesundheitswesen, zur Traumapädagogin und systemischen Familientherapeutin. Nach 20 Jahren Jugendhilfe in Leitungsposition bin ich seit 2011 als Lehrkraft an der Fakultät für Soziale Arbeit an der Ostfalia Hochschule beschäftigt. Meine Schwerpunkte sind: Kinder- und Jugendhilfe, Traumapädagogik, Individual- und Erlebnispädagogik, Fallverstehen, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Krisenmanagement, Projektmanagement und Qualitätsentwicklung für Jugendhilfeeinrichtungen. Mein Herz schlägt für die Jugendkulturarbeit, die Gestaltung von konstruktiven Lernarrangements innerhalb und ausserhalb von Hochschulkontexten sowie für die Konzeption kreativer und partizipativer Jugendhilfesettings für sogenannte "schwer erreichbare" junge Menschen, die manche als "Systemsprenger" bezeichnen.
