I’m a hands-on, people-first hospitality leader with over 15 years of experience running high-volume restaurants and entertainment venues. My career has been built on creating exceptional guest experiences, developing strong teams, and driving operational results. Right now, I’m a Hospitality Manager at Topgolf Louisville, where I oversee operations for a 400+ person team. I lead everything from talent acquisition and onboarding to service training and leadership development. I love building culture, mentoring teams, and making sure every guest interaction reflects our high standards. Before that, I spent several years as a General Manager at Famous Dave’s, managing two locations across Kentucky and Indiana. I helped grow same-store sales year over year, kept labor and food costs under control, and built leadership teams that stuck around. I was proud to earn a national “Best of the Best” award for operational excellence.
