I am a Vietnam Era veteran. I have the ability to think on the run before my feet hit the ground. I am challenged by the unknown and consider myself a survivor. I have raised a daughter that is a missionary pilot, a son who has survived terminal cancer then served in the Air Force and now works in the Pentagon. Another daughter who has returned from serving our country in Afghanistan on the Theodore Roosevelt Aircraft Carrier (U.S. Navy CVN-71), and my youngest son who is currently serving in the Air Force just returned from Kuwait. I am a patriotic American who has old tradition morals yet today’s understanding of business and technology. I have maintained a position of not just being in the cutting edge of technology but the bleeding edge. I have a total of 42 years experience in the construction industry in various disciplines and responsibilities. I was the Senior Project Manager and operations manager of Dave Trojan Contractor’s for 16 years in Milwaukee Wisconsin till 2004. After that I was Chief Operating Officer and Senior Project manager for J. L. Wallace in Fort Myers, Florida for 6 years through and Operations Manager for Eagle Concrete Systems, a structural concrete sub-contractor till August 2010. I have managed projects from $ to $ comprised of Health Clubs, high rise multipurpose Condo-office retail buildings in New York City, Medical Center(s), health care buildings, Miller Baseball Park, 286 Telecommunication buildings, an Oil refinery in Antigua Virgin Islands, military work for the Corps of Engineers and luxury amenities in residential developments. I have managed operations and staff of up to 45 people. I am computer literate with good skills in many types of application software. I received my Real Estate License in 2010 and worked two years selling homes for Lennar Corporation at Twin Eagles.
