My background includes a variety of training and experiences that led me to my current profession. With degrees in psychology and chiropractic, I’ve been blessed to study human transformation with some of the most brilliant minds in the world. In addition to my "mainstream" training, I’ve trained in martial arts for over 40 years, raised an amazing son, lived in a spiritual community, and performed in an Off-Broadway comedy troupe.
