About Fred Brumwell

My story is about helping people develop how they choose, and seeing them succeed. Relationship Management is one of my strengths because I enjoy bringing people together with resources to achieve their goal. Process Improvement Strategy is top of mind because I believe in working smarter, not always harder. Effectiveness over efficiency. Following the guiding principle of “leave it better than you found it”. My mantra for the Client experience is “each interaction earns the next transaction”. A flywheel building stronger reputation, earning repeat transactions, and leveraging reputation into more transactions. A Six Sigma Black Belt, certified in Change Management, and certification in environmental impact planning are continuing education goals I've realized. Continuing education goals include coursework from Columbia University on AI, LLMs, and machine learning, to follow what tools they help create. It's a simile to learning how people learn and think. I volunteer with Kin Canada,(an all-Canadian service organization founded in 1920) because community building is important. I've served as a Director on the Clarington Public Library Board to facilitate helping people help themselves. Achievements include: • Developing & leading strategy to beat previous supplier benchmarks by 75%. • Team KPIs regularly 10 points above national average • Strategic planning to decentralize 100+ unionized staff • Saving 8% of weekly labour hours with zero capital investment Let me help connect you with someone.
