Throughout my career, I have held both internal and field operations leadership roles with facilities management forerunners EMCOR Facilities Services, USM, and Whelan’s International. In each of these positions, I played a critical role in aligning resources, optimizing workflows, driving revenue, and improving profitability. Armed with a “buck stops here” approach and a relentless work ethic, I never shy away from a challenge and relish opportunities to lead critical projects. During my tenure with EMCOR, I was ranked #1 Regional Director for completed work orders and employee growth from 2022-2024 and was selected to lead multiple initiatives to increase operational performance including the development of a staffing assessment tool, organization restructure, and standardized quote process. A few areas that I am particularly passionate about include: • Leading, empowering, and developing diverse teams, maximizing each employee’s unique strengths to drive organizational success • Analyzing both opportunities and challenges with an open mind in order to take informed but decisive action • Championing world-class customer experiences, actively listening to clients, and problem-solving their concerns • Instilling a real culture of safety by embedding it as a core, non-negotiable value and securing staff buy-in Outside of work, I am also the founder and President of Soar For a Cure, a non-profit foundation dedicated to securing donations and raising awareness in support of juvenile diabetic research and to help eradicate juvenile (type 1) diabetes.
