Mr. Dalton brings over 25 years of knowledge in the residential construction industry with a proven track record. He has been involved in the construction of over six thousand homes and has managed both employees and sub-contractors in the material handling and scheduling during all phases of the construction process. Mr. Dalton is currently the owner and President of Capitol Renovations. His newly formed company focuses on the repair and renovation of residential properties, both single and multifamily, throughout the central Texas area. Working closely with real estate management companies and property owners, under Mr. Dalton's direction, the company has managed to grow very rapidly and expects to see a very bright and profitable future. Mr. Dalton's talents are wide reaching. While working as the Production Manager for Control Panels USA in Austin, Texas, he helped the company set up and move into their new square foot production and main office facilities. His duties included all aspects of the production floor in the manufacturing of electrical control panels and sub-station relay racks. This included the introduction of stream lined production concepts, quality control, production tracking and shipping. Previously, he held the position of Director of Manufacturing with Technologists, Inc. Afghanistan Operations which was headquartered in Kabul, Afghanistan. His mission and duties included the timely production of construction related fabricated steel components, electrical control and distribution switch panels, and raw materials throughout Afghanistan. This job also included the development and teaching of the Afghan work force in the manufacturing processes and procedures while simultaneously designing and building the production facilities. Mr. Dalton is proud of his accomplishments and wishes to continue to build his business and is always eager to learn and improve upon his talents.
