A day without laughter is a day wasted. Starting more than 25 years ago with Waters at our market leading Consumables department, I enjoy being part of our great Service team now. Having a lot of fun and hard work together, we are not only serving the most demanding specialty measurement markets. But by delivering world-class service and support to our customers we enable customer success and become an integral part of our customers’ DNA. Trying to focus on accelerating our customers' success with Waters’ solutions and foster more meaningful partnerships with our customers. Maximizing our customers laboratory Productivity & Operations and get the best out of (y)our systems! My goal is to create an environment where our customers are successful, our employees feel valued and our revenue targets are exceeded. I strive for good business judgment, lead with passion and I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves to work alongside my team members in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland to achieve our common goals. This gives me the opportunity to work and collaborate with customers and colleagues from many different environments and countries. And learn from our customers insights.
