Before transitioning to private practice, I spent over a decade leading legal and administrative operations in the education sector. As General Counsel and Executive Director at DaVinci Academy, I guided the organization through complex legal challenges, including employment disputes, Title IX investigations, and real estate transactions. Under my leadership, we expanded from a single school with 40 employees to a network of five locations with hundreds of employees.
