I have successfully defended products manufacturers in various state and federal venues throughout the country, involving a wide range of products, such as heavy construction equipment, industrial machinery, agricultural products, pet food, gas pipelines, recreational vehicles, watercraft, medical devices, automatic doors, automobiles, firearms, home appliances, and children’s toys. In addition to my litigation skills, I also counsel manufacturers on risk management, product safety, recalls, and compliance matters involving the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA). I also represent energy companies and project developers in governmental and energy litigation, including multi-state condemnation actions. Furthermore, I frequently represent life science companies in matters related to medical research.
