As a Lecturer at IHECS, I mentor +/- 260 master’s students in Advertising and Public Relations, designing workshops inspired by the Theory U framework to foster creativity, collaborative intelligence, empathy, and innovation. Through real-world cases and client briefings, students are given the opportunity to apply their learning to solve actual challenges. The number and variety of cases we receive allow organizations, companies, and startups to evaluate and challenge their communication strategies with the insights of the next generation of communicators.
