With over 4 years of experience as a Field Training Manager at T-ROC, I lead and develop the Walmart Field Sales teams that drive the company's revenue and growth. I have an MBA in International Business and a passion for delivering high-quality training and coaching to diverse and talented individuals across multiple locations. I also collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify and address the training needs and opportunities that enhance the performance and productivity of the field organization. As a sales and operations expert, I have a proven track record of achieving impressive results and recognition in my previous roles as an Area Manager and a District Manager for T-ROC and FX1 Mobile, respectively. I have successfully managed and supervised up to 12 stores and 30 employees, implemented effective loss prevention strategies, recruited and retained top talent, and generated substantial revenue and sales for the T-Mobile Premium Retailers.
