With my credentials in Certified Project Manager (CPM) and Elearning Essentials: Instructional Design, I manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, alignment, and impact. I also collaborate with instructors, curriculum designers, and university stakeholders to create and implement effective instructional strategies and assessments. With over 8 years of experience in student success and services, I have a passion for empowering learners and supporting their academic and professional goals. I have previously worked as a Regional Manager and a Lead Student Success Manager at ThriveDX, where I led and coached a team of advisors, facilitated student retention and satisfaction, and resolved complex issues. Before joining ThriveDX, I worked as a Student Services Advisor at West Coast University and a Student Support Advisor/ Financial Aid at DeVry University, where I helped students with enrollment, financial aid, academic planning, and career development. I have strong skills in attention to detail, problem solving, and communication, as well as proficiency in Spanish and French.
