About Fred MacAluso

Fred C. Macaluso has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry working with individuals, families, corporations, and organizations to help them build, manage, preserve and transition their wealth. He is the President and Founder of PVI Capital Advisors which is an independent financial practice based in Oak Brook, IL. In August 2018, Fred founded Mission Wealth Advisors which was renamed PVI Capital Advisors in September 2020. Prior to founding his own independent practice in 2018, Fred was a First Vice President-Investment Officer with Wells Fargo Advisors where he was recognized as a Platinum Council Advisor from 2011-2014, 2019 and 2020. Prior to Wells Fargo Advisors he worked with Wachovia Securities and Prudential Securities between and 2009. Fred started his career in 1998 with one of the oldest New York Stock Exchange listed practices Stifel, Nicolaus and Company. Fred holds Series 66, Series 7 and Series 24 registrations. Prior to his career in the financial industry he received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of Chicago. Fred pursued additional training from DePaul University’s Continuing and Professional Education Program. A program focused on financial and insurance planning, investment planning, income tax planning, retirement and employee benefits, and estate planning. Mr. Macaluso specializes in comprehensive investment planning and risk management. The Platinum Council (previously known as Premier Advisor) distinction is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on the past year, and professionalism.
