I am passionate about social-change, science and entrepreneurship. I believe in the power that anything can be accomplished if we put our minds to it. Over the years, I have served in various leadership positions, such as the Secretary General (UNAM SRC- 2023), Regional Training and Education Officer (NANSO- 2023-2024), President and Executive Financial Officer (UNAM Geology Student Society)- 2024 & 2022 respectively. Academic Advisor (Society of Economic Geologists, UNAM branch - 2024) among others. I have gunned industrial experience over the years in my internship opportunities and work experiences. I'm particularly skilled and knowledgeable in exploration geology; having worked in Orogenic Gold deposits (mining and exploration) and Porphyry Cu-Mo-Au deposits (exploration). Persistence is a skill everybody should develop in order to transform visions into reality. Therefore, my call to action is that, as youth, young professionals and future leaders - we should be persistent!
