About Fred Peters

Fred S. Peters is an associate attorney specializing in civil litigation and trial practice, working since 2018 with the Tustin, California firm Pyka Lenhardt Schnaider Dawkins. Fred formerly opened and managed his own law practice for more than 8 years, focusing on estate and probate matters as well as civil litigation. His currently handles all aspects of state and federal litigation matters, primarily in the areas of personal injury, habitability, and premises liability. Mr. Peters comes from a family of educators who constantly instilled the benefits of volunteerism and service to others. Those values inspired Fred's lifelong commitment to volunteering his time and offering pro bono legal services. He has enthusiastically supported the Constitutional Rights Foundation - Orange County's Mock Trial program, formerly coaching the team from his alma mater Los Alamitos High School, and presently, volunteering to score competitions. Mr. Peters earned his Juris Doctor from New England Law in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was named to the Dean's List for four semesters. He availed himself of every possible opportunity to practice and strengthen his trial skills, as his lifelong goal has been to present cases to juries.
