About Fred Rubio

Fred Rubio is an awarded multi-family investment specialist located in Marcus and Millichap’s founding Palo Alto, California office. He holds a B.A. from the University of California Santa Barbara and is known for his heavy involvement in multiple aspects of the commercial real estate market. With deep family roots in the real estate world, Mr. Rubio became actively involved in various aspects of his father’ business ventures from a young age. Later transitioning into property management, he managed the day-to-day operations of multi-family and commercial assets throughout the Bay Area. With a keen understanding of multi-family assets, Mr. Rubio is well versed in creating strategic and profitable transactions for his clients. Aligned with the largest investment brokerage firm in the United States, Marcus and Millichap, he now exclusively represents buyers and sellers of multifamily investments in the Bay Area as well as out of state multifamily and retail assets. Since joining the firm, Mr. Rubio and his team have sold a large number of apartments and retail assets in the hundreds of millions, including a notable sale of a 13-acre, 255-unit portfolio in Santa Clara County. His exceptional performance in the real estate world has since earned him Sales Honor Award’s and a qualification for the firm’s top award, NAA (National Achievements Award).
