Experience in manufacturing processes and procedures, and during this time, I have held several lead positions such as supervisor, management.with experience in training employees while Improving skill levels in special processes. I am highly motivated and a very positive individual who thrives in a hectic environment doing multiple assignments, with continues challenges. I am very strong in the commitment in problem solving, and developing people skills to achieve both organizational and personal objectives. I have certifications for six-sigma green belt, lean manufacturing, and the list goes on… I am currently the Honeywell Source Certifying Agent in the category of Chemical Processing, Resistance welding. Area of responsibility; continues improvement with NADCAP accredited program i.e. RSW, Chem. process. Experience in negotiating proposals to acquire the best cost of quality; work close with venders to resolve complex manufacturing problems along with corrective actions. Train associates on inspection process, print reading, geometry symbols, and part measuring using gauging methods. I embrace continues improvements through the use of lean tools to resolve manufacturing problems. I am currently responsible for the improvements of the plants infrastructure to create a state of the art facility as Rexnord moves forward into the future. Specialties: Resistance weld schedules of dissembler alloys, creating manufacturing process controls, develop procedures, employee skill development, increase employee awareness in Safety and environmental compliance, and years of lean activities Kaizen 5S SMED.
