I completed my Master’s in Economics, Policy of Energy and the Environment at UCL achieving a Distinction. It has afforded me an insight into a range of areas relating to environmental economics and renewable energies. I wrote my Master's dissertation on the role of carbon offsets in the net zero strategies of companies in the oil and gas industry. Before University, I spent a year out after finishing school, working several different jobs initially in order to travel to Australia. During my time in Australia, as well as travelling, I passed qualifications to work in construction. During my time at Edinburgh University, I became an active member of the University Surf club, competing in the BUCS Newquay tournament in 2017. Furthermore, I am on the committee of and also was a crucial member in starting up an intramural football team at the university. I am a keen tennis player and a huge fan of Bob Dylan.
