About Fred Willian Lopes

Professional with 20 years of experience, in the areas of diagnostic engineering and product development. I’m graduated as an Electrical Engineer, with a postgraduation degree in Services and Relationships Marketing. Since before completing my degree in Electrical Engineering, I’ve been able to achieve a good level of knowledge and performance in the stages that involve product development. At the multinational CASE New Holland, I started as an intern in the area of electro-electronic components, supporting all activities, such as technical conceptions, follow ups with suppliers and involved internals, production of technical documentation. After that I had an opportunity to assume the role being promoted to Senior Product Analyst, a fact that consolidated the good performance and quality in the work developed so far. So, for two years I was responsible for the electro-electronic components of all the company's lines of agricultural machinery, being in recent months the focal point for power systems (mainly for Starter Motors, alternators and batteries). Also, I was able to deepen the knowledge in specifications for product validation for heavy machines, planning the environmental and robustness tests for the components and, thus, contributing to the use of Robust Engineering in the products covered. I also add the participation in some courses aimed at quality in product development, highlighting DFMEA, Design For Assembly / Design For Manufacturing and Value Engineering. Also, I participated in the Project Management course conducted by FGV. After leaving CNH, I decided to manage a micro company selling electrical components for the aftermarket, doing it for 4 years. During this time I was able to work better with some negotiation skills, managing suppliers and customers and creating the company's identity. I’m currently Field Service Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific where I am responsible for technical support in Paraná, Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul on qPCR equipment, gene sequencing, spectrometry and photodocumentation, providing high level support in customer service at the universities, clinical diagnostics, pharmaceutical and food industry. My main characteristics are pro-activity, determination, intensity, involvement, critical thinking and teamwork, always seeking to optimize processes and contribute to achieving the company's results more efficiently. Also, I have critical capacity, dynamism, effective communication, ability to work in a team, with initiative and leadership spirit.
