Actively engaged in Connecticut communities: The Watermark at 3030 Park and The Watermark at East Hill. of Nevele Resort & Spa and Nevele ProSport Campus, re-developing the iconic Nevele resort in the Catskills NY region into the Northeast’s pre-eminent youth sports destination and an integrated full-service resort property on over 800 acres less than a two-hour drive from New York City as well as Fairfield and Westchester Counties. - Managing Partner of Stratis Partners, L.P. and Stratis Capital Management LLC.1997-2007 - Managing Director of Fremont Realty Capital, LP.(NY/SF), co-founder and GP member for institutional RE funds with $800 million in equity and several billion in investments.
