Versatile leader with 14 years of experience in international development, engineering, management consulting and project/portfolio management. My strengths lie not only in the development of strategic initiatives for government and private sector, but also in the implementation of these solutions in a global context.Areas of expertise include: • Innovation, STEM & Design for Development: Founder of Innovate Ghana, a competition that teaches critical skills in creative problem solving to 200+ youth entrepreneurs in Ghana, 5 years of Human-Centered Design / Design Thinking, STEM/STEAM skills and training, 1.5 years of product design and engineering in the automotive industry • Project Management: PMP certified with 8 years of project and portfolio management experience, including 4 years as a management consultant. Expertise includes event planning, proposal development, research, strategy, stakeholder facilitation and coordination, program development and implementation, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and workshop facilitation. • International Development: 7 years experience in West Africa, the Caribbean, and Central America.
