I am the director of coffee at Origin Coffee Roasters, a B Corp Certified UK-based coffee roaster. I focus on shaping company culture, ensuring that our values, training, and work environment align with our mission. My role also involves developing a strategic supply chain, forecasting coffee needs, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to balance quality, sustainability, and cost. I oversee quality control through cupping protocols and staff training to ensure consistency across our offerings. My passion outside of work is to promote "living in the moment" through tasting coffee. I suffered from bulimia and depression in my 20s.
