For over 8 years, I have worked in customer service, administrative, and real estate positions ranging from a customer service rep at Ball State University's residence hall and university library, to a hotel reception associate and bellman, to my present position as a licensed leasing consultant/standby property manager for the Laramar Group. I currently work within the company and State of Illinois guidelines to lease apartments to different clientele of various income levels and living situations. I maintain relationships with incoming tenants and residents to ensure a positive experience for them and my colleagues. Well-rounded and able to handle stressful situations and complete multiple tasks and deadlines such as: answering multi-line phones, accommodating multiple schedules, and troubleshooting issues. Able to utilize all standard office equipment, modest Photoshop and web/HTML editing skills, proficient photography skills, and apply social media platforms, I am able to help out with diverse projects as needed. With my background and dedication to my work, I bring a momentum and positive experience to all work environments.
