I am a Certified Advanced Resume Writer (CARW), Credentialed Career Manager (CCM), Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), Master Career Director (MCD), Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP), and Licensed NYS English Teacher (with an M.S. Ed.). But besides the impressive list of qualifications, I have 30+ years of successful experience in providing resume writing, job search training, career counseling, and interview coaching that help people get the jobs they want and deserve. Samples of my writing and job search advice appear in more than 20 resume, job search, and interview books and I have given lectures and training to job search professionals and job seekers in the US and Canada. I am the head writer of Cheek & Associates, LLC, and manager of First Resume Services, that each supply expert career coaching, job search training, and resume writing.
