About Freddie Crowder

Major Freddie Crowder has been employed by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police Department since July 15, 2002. He currently serves as the Station Commander at Dulles International Airport. During his twenty two years of service, he has served as a Field Training Officer, Field Training Supervisor, and a Team Leader for the Airports Authority’s Special Response Team. Major Crowder obtained his Associate of Applied Science degree in Pastoral Leadership from Valor Christian College, Columbus Ohio. Major Crowder has obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University, Lynchburg Virginia. He also obtained his Master’s degree in Human Services with a focus on Executive Leadership. Major Crowder has attended other training schools such as; Institute for Leadership for Changing Times, hosted by Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and the Professional Executive Leadership School, University of Richmond and Senior Management Institute for Police (SMIP) In January 2018, he joined the John Maxwell Team. As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker, and DISC Behavioral Analysis Trainer and Consultant. Major Crowder offers workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching to aid you in your personal and professional growth through study and practical application from John’s proven leadership methods. Major Crowder is also the Senior Pastor and Founder of The Place of a Second Change Outreach Ministry in Stafford, Virginia, and serves as the President for the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives Northern Virginia Chapter. Major Crowder is also an active Board Member for Help for the Nations Church International, where the focus is combating Human Trafficking.
